Some Bug Fixes

Ok, this post is not as important as the postmortem I recently published, but it was pointed out to me that the game can repeat questions. I fixed this bug, and another where for whatever reason the game wouldn't load in the first question. 

Well now there's a new bug which causes the game to sound crackly on the web, great. I'll fix that as well.
